End of Lease Cleans are very detailed cleans which take a lengthy amount of time.  These cleans mostly require at least two cleaners,  as we need to ensure  the job is thorough & to your satisfaction.

This is the clean that leaves the home you've been living in spotless. End of Lease Cleans must cover all bases.

Our End of Lease Cleans are thorough & precise. We constantly receive personal referrals, calls & messages from our happy customers. 

We include the following;

  • Clean Air Conditioners & fans (externally) where accessible.
  • Vacuum & clean sliding door tracks.
  • Clean light fittings (where they can be safely removed & accessible).
  • Spot clean walls, light switches & power points.
  • Clean skirting, architraves & doors.
  • Remove cobwebs.
  • Clean drawers & cupboards including inside, doors & cupboard tops also shelving.
  • Spot clean standard blinds, cords & rails (Steam Cleaning of blinds is not included & there are some exclusions to blinds that may require a specialised service).
  • Vacuum all floors & carpets.
  • Carpet steam cleaning available (additional costs apply)
  • Mop hard floors.


Kitchen

  • Clean all cupboards, doors & drawers.
  • Clean stove top, elements, rings & knobs.
  • Range hood exhaust & filter if filter can be removed & cleaned.
  • Clean & dry sink & polish tap ware.
  • Clean oven, grill, doors, trays, racks, glass & knobs.
  • Clean refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave space (if applicable).
  • Clean & polish splash back.
  • Windows internally and/or externally (additional costs apply)


Bathroom

  • Clean all cupboards & drawers.
  • Clean bath, shower recess, remove built up soap residue on tiles, shower screens & soap holder.
  • Clean sink, polish all tap ware & towel rails.
  • Clean exhaust fans (if accessible)
  • Clean toilet, behind ‘S’ bend, around cistern & under & around toilet seat.
  • Clean mirrors & windows, window tracks & floors.
  • Windows internally and/or externally (additional costs apply)


Laundry

  • Clean all cupboards & drawers.
  • Clean window tracks & floors.
  • Clean behind washing machine* space.
  • Clean behind dryer* remove lint (if applicable).
  • Clean laundry tub, cabinets, shelves, drawers, tap ware.
  • Windows internally and/or externally (conditions apply)


Garage

  • Sweep floor & remove cobwebs


Patio

  • Sweep & mop floors, remove cobwebs, clean lights & any balcony glass (if accessible).
  • Carpets steam cleaned (optional - additional costs apply)
